Global Graduate Programme
Our Global Graduate programme’s mission is to develop the future leaders of BAT. The 18-month rotational programme is structured to grow essential business and leadership skills through world-class learning, international exposure, and a job role where graduates can contribute from day one. British American Tobacco México has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Global Graduate in Monterrey
Our Global Graduate Program (GGP) is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent college graduates with up to 3 years of work experience who wish to fast track their career within a global organization, and have the possibility, after 18 months of successful completion of our program, to work as a Junior Manager in our organization. BAT is a market leader in over 55 countries with over 55,000 employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing orders, providing portfolio recommendations, and optimizing the overall sales process.
- Analyze market trends (Nielsen, Sell Out, Key Accounts) to generate insights and drive portfolio growth actions.
- Develop, monitor, and execute strategic projects for key clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Track account performance, KPIs, and market performance indicators, defining and implementing action plans.
- Manage demand planning, including NPI forecasts, cycle volumes, and ensuring forecast accuracy for new SKUs.
- Ensure product availability by monitoring inventory levels and coordinating supply chain and volume negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (TM&D, Brands, Marketing) to translate insights into execution plans and track results.
- Execute commercial and digital strategies, including trade engagement, e-commerce content, and support for multi-channel campaigns (social media, CRM, Paid Media, etc)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Finance and Accounting, Business Intelligence, Global Business, Strategy and Business Transformation, Data Science and Mathematics, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Digital Transformation in Business, Business Management and Administration, Economics, International Finance, Business Engineering Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Recent graduates (graduation from 2024 to June 2026).
- Up to 1 year of professional experience. Experience in Data Driven Projects.
- Fluent in English (advanced proficiency in oral & writing).
- Efficient use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
- Open to relocate globally - global mobility and national mobility.
- Results-driven professional, data-driven, analytical and ambitious, with strong interpersonal, teamwork, and negotiation skills; proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Have leadership skills demonstrated through either relevant professional experience or extra-curricular activities within prestigious companies, NGOs, student associations, etc.
