Responsibilities

• Join the Dutch Team to bring to life our marketing strategy - optimize and localize the best advertisements, deliver high-quality projects in a timely manner.
• Identify and structure, together with your team, key challenges and the best action plans to strengthen Emma's brand preference.
• Develop project plans with an agile and results-oriented approach.
• Communicate and manage statuses of project tasks with different teams.
• Work with different marketing channels and assess the impact of your projects.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Collaborative skills and an analytical mindset.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive projects.
• Structured and organized.
• Great stakeholder management skills and ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on attitude and ability to take complete ownership of your channels.
