Marketing Lead

About the Position

We are seeking a Marketing Lead to drive Clearbox Decision’s marketing strategy, focusing on educating clients and business leaders on effective decision management. In this role, you will develop and drive our company’s marketing strategy, including coordinating the development and deployment of thought leadership articles, podcasts, webinars, marketing collateral, and advertising tactics. You will manage our top-of-funnel pipeline, driving awareness and converting to qualified sales leads.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interviews to baseline current decision-making practices, manage pre/post interview activities.
• Architect solutions to improve client success practices through our software and services.
• Develop “decision trees” / decision playbooks to help our clients succeed in using the software.
• Ensure clients are well-trained in our software tools and have the best experience possible.
• Support our business development activities and help expand our client relationships.
• Support the VP of Decision Success as needed, including establishing best practices for the Decision Success function.
