About the Position
Join the team as Marketing Manager.
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team of four.
Every marketing manager is regarded as an ambassador, doing everything in his/her ability to understand our customers and help them reach their goals. Next to advising, you gather information that helps our customer support service and stay in touch with our product team to help share valuable input.
This opportunity is great for someone who likes challenges and loves to balance between different stakeholders, enjoying a fast-paced work environment.
This is a part-time position.
Responsibilities
- Manage all customer communication and help customer service with difficult issues such as: billing, security, strategic, and technical inquiries
- Educate customers
- Monitor and identify important trends
- Provide recommendations based on customer feedback
- Responsible for all of our marketing touch points
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer success experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Track record as a marketing manager
- Ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously
- Takes an active interest in opportunities to increase social media following and deepen customer relationships
- Proficient at differentiating products particularly with respect to other competitive offerings
- Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
- Bachelor's degree required
