About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with over 3+ years of experience to lead our integrated 360° marketing plans and drive brand growth. This role is remote and available in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Georgia, and Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the marketing strategy, maintaining and strengthening brand positioning and ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Take ownership of the marketing function by defining the brand strategy, key initiatives, and priorities.
  • Shape the brand’s creative direction by developing marketing concepts, promotional mechanics, and campaigns that differentiate our brand from competitors.
  • Lead and manage the SMM team, setting direction, goals, and quality standards for the channel as part of the overall brand strategy.
  • Initiate and implement new marketing ideas, test innovative approaches, and explore creative and performance-driven ways to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
  • Prepare marketing briefs and oversee campaign execution throughout all stages.
  • Analyze the market, competitors, industry trends, and customer needs, transforming insights into effective marketing decisions.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and take responsibility for achieving business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of brand strategy.
  • Represent the brand at industry conferences and partner events, coordinating sponsorship packages and on-site branding.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Ability to independently develop and execute integrated 360° marketing plans.
  • Strategic and creative thinking with the ability to develop unconventional marketing solutions.
  • Experience conducting market, competitor, and target audience research and transforming insights into marketing strategies.
  • Experience developing positioning, unique value propositions (UVP), and key communication messages.
  • Experience launching new products or marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Experience leading an SMM team: setting tasks, overseeing quality and deadlines, and driving the growth of the channel.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to Have

  • Experience delivering marketing and performance campaigns with measurable business results.
  • Experience managing creative projects and collaborating with marketing agencies.
  • Participation in exhibitions, conferences, and partner marketing activities.
  • Experience working with influencers, special projects, and brand collaborations.
  • Experience with employer brand: contributing to EVP development, supporting HR-related events and communications.
