Marketing Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with 2-3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (B2B) to join our iGaming/Betting team. This role is hybrid and available in Cyprus, Georgia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, and Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Influencer Marketing

  • Managing and developing the influencer database.
  • Negotiating and launching integrations, cross-promotions, and collaborations.
  • Coordinating influencer participation in marketing activities.
  • Organizing merchandise preparation and analyzing campaign performance.

• Expert Content

  • Developing a plan for expert publications.
  • Coordinating the preparation and release of content materials.
  • Assigning tasks and monitoring execution.

• Video Production

  • Coordinating the preparation of video concepts for Reels.
  • Developing ideas, reviewing scripts, participating in production, and coordinating approvals.

• Conferences and Internal Events

  • Coordinating the preparation of marketing activities for conferences and events.
  • Ensuring readiness of branded materials, merchandise, and partner packages.
  • Managing online activations and lead generation mechanics.
  • Collecting event results and preparing analytics.

• Seasonal Campaigns and Special Projects

  • Creating marketing strategies and funnels for key occasions and campaigns.
  • Coordinating the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Assigning tasks to cross-functional teams and monitoring deadlines.
  • Analyzing results and preparing recommendations.

• Merchandise

  • Coordinating production, logistics, and delivery of partner merchandise.
  • Organizing greetings and gifts for key partners and influencers.

• Marketing Projects

  • Independently managing selected marketing projects.
  • Preparing briefs and assigning tasks to internal teams and external contractors.
  • Monitoring deadlines, quality of execution, and achievement of KPIs.
  • Preparing reports and analyzing project effectiveness.
  • Testing new marketing mechanics and optimizing processes together with the Lead Marketing Manager.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (B2B) as a Marketing Manager in iGaming/Betting (preferred) or other verticals.
• Experience launching marketing campaigns from idea to implementation.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and marketing funnels.
• Experience working with influencer marketing and cross-promotion.
• Understanding of processes related to preparing and organizing conferences/events and marketing activations.
• Experience with content organization (articles, case studies, videos, special projects).
• Experience preparing marketing briefs and technical requirements for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (SMM, Design, Content, Production, Merch, PR, Performance).
• Experience analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities and preparing reports.
• Experience conducting competitor analysis and identifying market insights.
• Experience planning and managing marketing budgets.
