This is not an executor role with endless backlog. Each task has a clear description and result criterion before you start working on it. The annual plan is agreed upon at the start without sudden changes in the middle of the work. KPIs are digitized, expectations are transparent. Responsibilities

Develop and launch promotional campaigns, special projects, and initiatives that bring leads. Generate ideas, test hypotheses, and scale what works.
Prepare sales presentations and materials for launches: messages, structure, content. Launch new pages and landing pages - from texts and logic to requirements for designers and devs. Then, you look at the results in Google Analytics, draw conclusions, and determine the next steps based on metrics.
Participate in organizing online events, ratings, marketing activities, and offline projects of the team.
Work within Scrum: planning, executing the roadmap, synchronizing with related teams - performance and brand.
Manage projects independently - from packaging to transferring leads to CRM. The breadth of tasks depends on your experience and skills: you take what you already know and gradually delve deeper.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in marketing.
Understanding of lead generation: how channels work and what provides quality leads.
Experience in launching promotional campaigns/promotions/new services or products.
Ability to create sales presentations and landing pages: from text to setting requirements.
Confident reading of numbers in Google Analytics and the ability to draw conclusions from them.
Habit of working with KPIs and understanding/explaining the results of your work.

We Offer

Payment - rate + monthly bonus. This means that, in addition to the fixed market rate, you also have an additional bonus that you can directly influence.
Opportunity to work fully remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages.
Paid vacation - 18 working days, 8 paid sick days per year without certificates, and 11 public holidays.
Compensation of 50% of professional training: courses, trainings, webinars, etc.
Social package in the Cafeteria Plan format - 3000 UAH per quarter, which you can spend on training, sports, health, hobbies, and more. The company compensates 50% of the expenses, and the choice is yours!
