About the Position
Marketing Manager:in (f/m/d)
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Manager:in to join our Marketing Team at Fabasoft in Linz, Austria. If you are fascinated by marketing and digitalization and want to play an active role in shaping the positioning of an international software company, then you’ve come to the right place.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and develop marketing activities in line with our corporate and product strategies.
- Implement integrated campaigns across digital and traditional communication channels.
- Create target-group-specific content for websites, newsletters, social media, events, and sales materials.
- Analyze market, competitor, and technology trends, monitor relevant KPIs, and derive concrete measures to further develop our marketing activities.
- Optimize our online visibility through SEO measures, keyword analysis, and data-driven content optimization.
- Prepare presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal departments as well as external agencies and service providers.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B marketing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, ideally in the IT sector.
- Knowledge of web analytics, SEO, and content performance.
- Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Business Manager, or Semrush.
- Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and strong understanding of target audiences, content, and effective communication.
- Experience creating professional presentations and presenting complex content to management and executive-level audiences.
- Very good German skills (C2) and good English skills.
