About the Position
3DTECH is a Ukrainian company that creates innovative unmanned technologies for reconnaissance, defense, and protection of the country. We specialize in the development and production of FPV drones and are actively growing and expanding our team. Our goal is to enhance Ukraine's technological advantage on the battlefield. We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to help us strategically develop and scale international sales, open new markets, and build partner channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy for promoting FPV drones (B2G/B2B).
- Analyze the market, global experience, competitors, and target audience.
- Manage brand, products, services, promotion, and customer interaction.
- Create content: technical posts, video reviews, product presentations.
- Launch advertising campaigns in Google Ads, YouTube, forums.
- Work with bloggers, FPV communities, influencers.
- Administer and develop social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram).
- Support sales: landing pages, email marketing, participation in exhibitions and events.
- Collaborate with the R&D, sales, and design teams.
Requirements
- Higher marketing education or professional courses with a confirmed certificate.
- Marketing experience of at least 5 years (defense industry experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of digital marketing and key promotion tools.
- Understanding of technical products, preferably FPV drones/electronics.
- Experience with advertising agencies (Google, Facebook, TikTok).
- Skills in writing technically understandable, interesting content.
- Ability to analyze analytics (Google Analytics).
- Experience in creating or coordinating video content (reviews, tests, cases).
- English at least at the Intermediate level (for working with English-speaking audiences and information).
- Understanding and evaluation of marketing effectiveness.
Nice to Have
- Personal experience flying FPV drones or interest in the subject.
- Experience in promoting hardware products or startups.
- Ability to work with e-commerce platforms.
- Understanding of the military or industrial application segment of drones.
