KMA products are global leaders in niches such as utilities, lifestyle, health&fitness - AI Remodel, Printer, Botan, Calorie Counter, and more. These are products that occupy the top-1 positions in the App Store and solve the needs of communities with hundreds of millions of people.

Short about the role:

We are looking for a strong and energetic Motion Designer to strengthen the team on a rapidly growing product.

The work will involve a lot of video creatives using modern AI tools, brainstorming, hypothesis searches, competitor analysis, creating trendy and aesthetic creatives that catch people's attention and have viral potential.

Responsibilities

Design and develop video creatives for performance campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
Implement templates, automations, and AI tools in production.
Collaborate with marketers and the creative team to generate ideas and improve metrics.

Requirements

Experience in motion design for digital marketing
Experience with AI tools in design, confident use of new tools (Veo3, Kling, Higgsfield, etc.)
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
Experience with Figma and CapCut
Knowledge of marketing metrics and performance analytics principles
Participation in creative brainstorming and team idea development
