About the Position
Legit - a media company within the Genesis group of businesses with a 13-year history. We create unique news, entertainment, text, and video content for millions of people around the world. Our products are used by nearly 80 million people per month.
We are currently looking for an AI Video Creator/Marketing Motion Designer for our new US product, Shift, an online career development course based on a subscription model.
Shift helps thousands of people around the world find their professional calling, change their career direction, or start their own business. We create tools that inspire, teach, and guide - from deep self-reflection to confident action.
In this role, you will be able to explain complex topics simply, beautifully, and convincingly by creating video content for the marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Creating short promotional videos for Meta, Google, and other platforms
- Working in pairs with the creative marketing team to produce creatives
- Researching competitors and finding trending approaches in promotional videos
- Quickly creating a large number of video creatives using a performance approach
- Full cycle of video creation using AI tools
- Creating storyboards and implementing the ideas of creative marketers
- Completing technical tasks: localization, adaptation, resizing, and creating design variations of creatives in various formats
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a performance environment (motion / video / creative production)
- Experience working at a fast pace and with a large volume of video creatives
- Confident use of AI tools for creating video content
- Understanding of composition, typography, and color laws
- Attention to detail, high level of self-organization, and time management
Nice to Have
- Experience in performance marketing
- Basic understanding of composition, typography, and color
- Experience in fast production of promotional videos
