About Glia
Glia is the #1 Banking AI platform, empowering community and regional financial institutions to create efficiencies, accelerate loan growth, drive deposits, and deliver experiences that win against megabanks and fintechs.
Glia's Banking AI Operating System is a central intelligence layer on top of existing tech stacks, activating an AI workforce of specialized agents that draw from banking data, interaction history, and integrated systems of record. These banking-trained agents automate workflows across voice and digital–from front office to back office–resulting in decreased operational costs and the Universal Banker model.
Trusted by 700+ banks and credit unions for its ironclad security and reliability, Glia delivers the industry’s first contractual no-hallucination guarantee. It’s why Glia customers quickly and confidently put Banking AI to work with measurable results from day one. More information about Glia can be found at glia.com.
Responsibilities
Platform Management
- Run our marketing tools day to day (Marketo, Salesforce, and others). Keep them set up right and working well together
- Keep data moving cleanly between our marketing tools and our CRM. Make sure leads, contacts, and campaign data are correct and ready to use
- Find and fix gaps between systems. Work with Revenue Operations and IT. Share what you think is causing it and what to try first
- Handle lead lifecycle management like duplicate cleanups, field rules, and funnel stage
Vendor Management
- Manage our tool vendors. Test new tools, help with renewals and contracts, and add or remove tools as our needs change
- Write down how our systems work and how to run them. Be the first stop for marketing systems requests. Own your tasks, set timelines, and share updates before people ask
Automation & Reporting
- Build AI workflows that cut manual work in lead routing, data cleanup, and campaign tasks. Spot repeat work and suggest ways to automate it
- Keep our campaign tagging and UTM rules clean so we can measure how marketing drives revenue
- Build reports and dashboards people can use without help. Spot trends and explain why they matter to the business - not just what the numbers say
Requirements
- Experience in marketing ops, revenue ops, or a similar role. B2B SaaS experience is a plus
- Hands-on work running a marketing platform (ideally Marketo) and a CRM (ideally Salesforce), including how they connect. You know your way around Salesforce and where data lives
- You have managed or tested marketing tools (Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Gong, 6Sense, etc.)
- You know how B2B SaaS sales works, from first outreach to closed deal. You understand terms like pipeline, ARR, ACV, and churn
- Strong with data. You build clean models and reports on your own
- You use AI tools (like Claude or ChatGPT) every day to work faster
- You own your work. You track your own tasks, hit deadlines, flag problems early, and bring a fix when something goes wrong
- Excellent email, and social communication skills in English. You adjust how you explain things for technical and non-technical people
- You know at least one data tool beyond Excel (Tableau, Salesforce Reports, or basic SQL). You pick up new tools fast
Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of SQL, APIs (Marketo API is a plus), or reverse ETL tools
- Marketo Certification
- You understand multi-touch attribution and ABM
- You know BI tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI
