Marketing Project Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience to join our fast-growing business group, managing marketing projects and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of tasks and delegate responsibilities across the department;
• Assume responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed promptly within the specified domain;
• Evaluate the results of tasks to verify their efficacy;
• Serve as a bridge between various team members;
• Improve procedures to maximize team productivity;
• Foster cooperation and interaction with other teams within the department and broader group of companies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a project manager
• Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, Waterfall)
• Basic understanding of marketing processes
• Proficient user of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Experience in requirements analysis, resource estimation, project planning, risk, and change management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate
• Ability to take responsibility and make quick decisions
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment
• English language proficiency not lower than Upper-Intermediate

• Experience working with marketing teams or projects

• Experience with budget management, Plan/Fact reporting, and basic financial control
