Marketing Project Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic and multicultural team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing business group and work with top professionals across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of tasks and delegate responsibilities across the department.
• Assume responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed promptly within the specified domain.
• Evaluate the results of tasks to verify their efficacy.
• Serve as a bridge between various team members.
• Improve procedures to maximize team productivity.
• Foster cooperation and interaction with other teams within the department and broader group of companies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a project manager.
• Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, Waterfall).
• Basic understanding of marketing processes.
• Proficient user of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in requirements analysis, resource estimation, project planning, risk, and change management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate.
• Ability to take responsibility and make quick decisions.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
• English language proficiency not lower than Upper-Intermediate.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with marketing teams or projects.
• Experience in the betting industry.
• Experience with budget management, Plan/Fact reporting, and basic financial control.
• Experience in business process analysis and improvement.
• Knowledge of poker.
