Marketing Research Specialist

About the Position

We are looking for a Marketing Research Specialist to join our fast-growing business group. In this role, you will conduct market, competitor, and audience research to support our marketing strategy and business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior
• Prepare clear, structured research reports and datasets
• Support product, marketing, and business teams with ad hoc research requests
• Identify new opportunities, risks, and gaps in the market
• Evaluate competitors’ positioning, messaging, and channels
• Maintain organized research databases, trackers, and documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing research, market intelligence, business research, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into practical insights
• Experience with desk research, competitive analysis, and audience profiling
• Ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative information
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to research tasks
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Similarweb, Ahrefs, Statista, Meta Ad Library
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Russian proficiency at C1 level or higher (both written and verbal communication)

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, paid media, or lead generation
• Experience in international markets
• A degree in Marketing, Sociology, or Data Analytics
