As a Marketing Specialist (Analytics & AI), you'll work alongside an experienced Email Marketing Specialist, taking ownership of campaign analytics, reporting, tracking quality, and performance insights. Over time, you'll learn the entire newsletter workflow and become capable of managing a portfolio independently. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, Development, QA, and Management teams and report to the Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the launch of newsletter editorial and advertising campaigns across multiple US brands, including scheduling, offer placement, and pre-send quality checks.
- Monitor daily performance metrics (Open Rate, CTR, CTOR, Unsubscribe Rate, Spam Rate, Revenue) and identify performance trends.
- Analyze campaign results by brand, audience, and offer, providing actionable recommendations to improve performance.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain tracking quality, including affiliate links, redirects, UTMs, and SubIDs.
- Review AI-generated content before publishing, identify issues, and improve prompts when necessary.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in email, digital, performance, or affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and translate them into business decisions.
- High attention to detail and confidence working with repetitive operational processes.
- Self-organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
- Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills.
- Daily experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.
- English level C1 or higher.
- Interest in the US market; basic financial literacy is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Beehiiv, Substack, Ghost, Kit, Brevo, Mailchimp, or similar newsletter platforms.
- Experience with affiliate networks such as Everflow, ClickBank, or BuyGoods.
- Familiarity with tracking tools (ClickMagick, Short.io, Dub.co, Rebrandly).
- Prompt engineering or AI workflow automation experience (Make, Zapier, n8n, Claude Projects).
- Experience in finance, health, or other compliance-sensitive industries.
