Business Workshop

We are looking for a person to contribute to the development of the marketing, communication, and promotion activities of the Business Workshop.

Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing the marketing plan;
• Management of online communication channels;
• Creating content for website, social media, newsletters, and campaigns;
• Identifying topics and opportunities relevant to our audience;
• Creating and optimizing promotional campaigns;
• Tracking results and producing performance reports;
• Collaboration with the project team;
• Using AI for research, brainstorming, writing, analysis, and content creation;
• Constantly testing new tools and methods.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Higher education
• Skills:
  • Very good communication and expression in Romanian
  • Ability to write clear and convincing texts
  • Organization and meeting deadlines
  • Initiative and autonomy
  • Analytical thinking and results orientation
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • The desire to learn and test new things

Digital Skills & AI

We want someone who understands at least the basic principles of using artificial intelligence. It is important to be able to use digital tools to:

• Research
• Generating and structuring ideas
• Editing and improving content
• Analyzing information
• Creating and improving prompts
• Streamlining repetitive activities

Package Offered

• Salary: 3,500–5,500 lei, depending on experience and skills
