We are looking for a Marketing Specialist in the direction of Marketplace Growth - a person who will be responsible for developing client brands on international marketplaces: Amazon, Allegro, eBay, Etsy, and other platforms.

This role is for a specialist who can not only "manage an account" but also see the big picture: how to launch a product, improve listings, increase visibility, analyze competitors, find growth points, and influence sales.

Requirements

• Experience working with marketplaces from 1.5 years – practical experience with Amazon and/or Allegro.
• Experience in independently launching accounts, stores, or listings.
• Understanding how a product works on a marketplace: content, description, visuals, reviews, conversion, visibility.
• Ability to analyze competitors, demand, sales, and make data-driven decisions.
• High level of self-organization, not afraid of responsibility.
• English language proficiency at least B2 level.
• Attention to detail and ability to structure information.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, or similar analytics tools.
• Understanding how advertising works on marketplaces, experience launching or basic setup of ad campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of ACOS / TACOS.
• Experience with classic SEO, if there is an understanding of optimization principles and working with semantics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategy for brand presence on marketplaces: Amazon, Allegro, eBay, and other platforms.
• Administer client accounts: register, configure, monitor account health, and work with cases.
• Launch new products: work on positioning, prepare specifications for design, and monitor the first weeks after launch.
• Create and optimize listings: Title, Bullets, Description, Backend keywords, A+ content.
• Optimize Marketplace SEO: research keywords, track positions, and check indexing.
• Analyze the market, demand, and competitors to make decisions about the catalog, pricing, and product improvement.
• Monitor project effectiveness: sales, conversion, ranking, and key metrics.
• Prepare regular reporting.
