Marketing Specialist

About the Position

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and results-oriented Marketing Specialist for our growing network of dental clinics with a team of approximately 40 employees.

This role is ideal for someone who understands marketing as a mix of strategy, content, campaigns, data, and direct collaboration with the internal team. You will play an important role in centralizing and optimizing the company’s marketing flow, identifying new online and offline promotion opportunities, and coordinating communication with external collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate digital and offline campaigns with clear goals related to visibility, lead generation, appointments, and patient acquisition.
• Contribute to creating and supervising content for social media, campaigns, events, and communication materials.
• Collaborate with doctors and the internal team to identify relevant content opportunities and transform them into clear, engaging communication.
• Maintain the relationship with external collaborators involved in marketing activities, including photo/video, design, advertising, media, or other partners.
• Identify new online and offline promotion opportunities for the clinics.
• Monitor campaign performance and propose optimizations based on data and results.
• Track important KPIs such as number of leads generated, cost per lead, cost per new patient, conversion rate from lead to appointment and patient, number of appointments generated through campaigns, follower growth, and engagement rate.
• Contribute to maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels and materials.
• Support the development of a coherent, recognizable, and premium brand presence in the dental services market.
• Depending on the marketing strategy and campaign plan, the role may involve occasional travel.

Requirements

• Completed higher education.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role: digital marketing, social media, campaign coordination, or content creation.
• Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Content creation skills: photo/video briefs, content ideas, copywriting, and campaign messages.
• Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of key marketing indicators such as CPL, ROI, conversions, engagement rate, and lead quality.
• Openness to using AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline marketing workflows.
• Good organization, attention to detail, and strong prioritization skills.
• Proactivity, creativity, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication with diverse teams, including doctors, clinic staff, management, and external collaborators.
• Adaptability and a growth mindset.
• Experience in the medical field, dental services, aesthetics, wellness, or premium services is considered an advantage.
