Responsibilities

  • Production Support: Assist with shoot prep, camera operation, lighting, audio recording, equipment setup, location needs, and general on-set support for marketing and brand video content.
  • Post-Production: Footage organization, editing, audio syncing and cleanup, selects, basic graphics, motion elements, and final video exports.
  • Brand & Platform Adaptation: Help ensure content aligns with brand standards while adapting video for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, web, and internal channels.
  • Creative Contribution: Bring fresh ideas, current production techniques, visual references, and new approaches to help keep video content modern, engaging, and effective.
  • Equipment & Asset Management: Help maintain production gear, organize project files, and keep footage, audio, graphics, and exports properly managed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2+ years of experience in videography, video production, editing, freelance work, internships, or related creative production.
  • Working knowledge of camera operation, composition, lighting, basic cinematography, production workflows, and on-location audio recording.
  • Experience with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Basic experience with audio post-production, motion graphics, animation, photography, or drone operation is a plus.
  • Creative, curious, collaborative, organized, and comfortable taking direction while bringing ideas to the team.
  • A reel, portfolio, or work samples are strongly preferred.

Base Salary Range

$68,600.00 - $96,875.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
