About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Professional to elevate Key-call's brand in Ukraine and Kazakhstan, aiming to implement voice bots in at least 35% of companies by 2025.
Responsibilities
- Implement new lead generation sources for the sales department.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
- Develop an advertising strategy, form a budget and expectations, analyze advertising effectiveness data, reporting, and strategy adjustments.
- Analyze competitors and identify customer needs.
- Develop UTMs for each target audience group.
- Plan and implement a strategy for working with the media, event, and email marketing.
- Analyze the website, monitor positions, conduct SEO analysis, and implement changes according to the results.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the Production team: drafting specifications, controlling and analyzing results, finding contractors.
Requirements
- Experience in creating and implementing promotion strategies and organizing a well-coordinated team.
- Developed analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work accordingly.
- Understanding of business processes in a B2B company and sales.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian.
