About the Position

Elit-Web - a digital agency that has been helping businesses grow online for over 11 years. With a portfolio of 2,500+ projects and a team of over 130 specialists, we are looking for a Marketing Manager specializing in targeted advertising and SMM to join our team. Our goal is to create campaigns that bring profit to our clients and drive to our team.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing the client's marketing strategy, coordinating the team, and achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development

  • Develop a comprehensive promotion strategy in Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Threads
  • Form media plans with specialists and team leads, search for new growth points
  • Form and control the testing of marketing hypotheses (creatives, audiences, offers, placements)

• Team and Project Management

  • Coordinate team leads in the target/SMM direction and specialized specialists
  • Set tasks, control deadlines and quality of execution
  • Joint project curation with team leads of related areas (PPC, SEO)

• Analytics

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of channels (ROAS, CPA, CAC, CPL, ROMI, LTV)
  • Control KPIs for each channel and project as a whole
  • Identify bottlenecks and prepare recommendations for scaling

• Client Work

  • Regular meetings, presentations, and reports, defending the strategy
  • Forming a project development roadmap, managing client expectations

• Client Business Development

  • Search for new revenue sources through target/SMM channels
  • Recommendations for content strategy, retargeting, Cross-sell, and Up-sell

Requirements

• Experience in strategic management of targeted advertising from 2-3 years
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads at the strategy building level, not just technical setup
• Understanding of promotion in YouTube Shorts, Threads, Instagram - organic + paid traffic
• Experience in team/team lead management, ability to delegate and control execution
• Analytical thinking: calculation of ROAS, CAC, LTV, ROMI, CPL
• Understanding of the sales funnel and experience working with CRM data
• Experience presenting strategies to clients and negotiation skills
• Understanding of SMM content and creative hypotheses (ability to form requirements for designers/copywriters)
• Experience with pixel tracking, CAPI/Events API, basic understanding of GA4, GTM
