Marketplace Project Manager

About the Position

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Marketplace Project Manager to manage and optimize our online sales channels through various marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, eMag, and other third-party platforms. You will collaborate with multiple departments to develop marketing strategies, optimize and negotiate pricing, and ensure sales goals are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce, experience with marketing automation and AI-powered tools, and excel in multitasking to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings on multiple marketplaces
• Monitor and analyze sales and performance data to identify improvement areas and opportunities
• Create promotional campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness
• Identify new marketplaces or channels to expand and increase sales
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize sales performance
• Work with marketing, logistics, and sales teams to enhance product visibility, messaging, and branding
• Monitor competitors’ sales & marketing strategies, and adapt to changing market dynamics
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with marketplace representatives
• Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline product listing optimization, pricing, and campaign management

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, or sales
• Knowledge of marketplace integration processes, optimization tools, and strategies
• Experience creating promotional campaigns and working with marketing automation software
• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Language skills: English (reading, writing, speaking – medium)
• AI literacy required – ability to use AI-assisted tools like Cursor AI to optimize workflows and marketing campaigns
• Comfortable working in a modern “vibe coding” environment to leverage AI tools for efficiency
