About the Position
Join OMMAX, the leading AI-first consultancy and AI-engineering platform, as a MarTech & eCommerce Transformation Lead to shape digital strategies and drive business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex MarTech & eCommerce transformation projects from strategy to implementation with measurable business impact.
- Develop and implement data- and tech-driven marketing and commerce strategies leveraging AI, automation, personalization, and digitalization.
- Design and orchestrate integrated MarTech and eCommerce architectures (CRM, ERP, CDP, PIM, CMS, eCommerce).
- Conduct technology audits, process assessments, and data maturity evaluations to identify efficiency and growth potential.
- Act as a strategic lead during pitches, client meetings, and project reviews to shape impactful, data-driven digital solutions.
- Create and present client reports, dashboards, and data-based recommendations that connect marketing & commerce performance to tangible ROI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels - including CMOs, CDOs, and CIOs - to align marketing, technology, and commerce strategies.
- Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards, driving strong project ROI and eCommerce transformation.
- Support business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in MarTech and eCommerce transformation.
- Work closely with experts from AI, Data Science, Digital Strategy, and Technology to deliver end-to-end digital growth projects.
- Mentor and empower team members to strengthen their digital, analytical, and technology-focused skill sets.
Requirements
- Outstanding university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in MarTech, e-commerce, or digital transformation consulting, ideally with strong knowledge of commerce, PIM, CRM, or CDP systems.
- Deep expertise in marketing automation, PIM, and e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce, SAP Commerce Cloud, Akeneo, or Shopify.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI-based tools, data platforms, and personalization technologies to increase engagement and conversion.
- Strong understanding of data integration, marketing analytics, and cross-channel performance measurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data and technology insights into strategic impact.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with marketing analytics platforms is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
