About the Position
MAS Payroll (Central) Team Leader
Major Accounts Services (MAS)
Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily associate activities and service level metrics.
- Setting goals and providing continuous feedback and development opportunities.
- Reviewing team performance and addressing improvement areas.
- Achieving associate engagement and turnover objectives.
- Collaborating with internal departments to meet service objectives.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and gathering associate feedback.
- Creating a high-performance team culture that supports development and retention.
- Delivering regular performance feedback and conducting annual reviews.
- Managing recruitment, selection, hiring, compensation, and performance management.
- Determining training needs and ensuring timely, effective training delivery.
Requirements
- Graduate of business administration, management, accounting, or related disciplines (Highly Preferred).
- Proven ability to prioritize critical client issues and manage workflow.
- Proficiency in PC applications.
- Working knowledge of payroll and benefits administration (Highly Preferred).
- Effective oral and written communications skills required.
- Strong interpersonal conflict management and mentoring skills.
- Effective time management, organization, and planning required.

- Experience in a similar leadership role within the payroll or HR sector.
