We are currently looking for a Master Data Specialist in our Business Excellence department, which deals with business automation.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the correctness and reliability of entering basic and reference information regarding counterparties, contracts, and bank accounts in the accounting system (master data).
- Conducting regular master data controls, analyzing errors and deficiencies, and updating basic and reference information of counterparties in the accounting system.
- Consolidating and verifying information to create counterparties and their bank accounts.
- Checking bank accounts on auxiliary resources and marking them (main, active, etc.).
- Corresponding with counterparties to obtain and update data in the accounting system.
- Verifying changes in information through official channels with mandatory copying of the business partner.
- Redirecting requests for sensitive information from counterparties to the finance department.
Requirements
- Knowledge of BAS/BAF and/or SAP systems.
- Skills in working with Microsoft Office (mandatory, at least at the user level).
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions based on it.
- Attention to detail.
- Proactiveness and critical thinking.
- Higher education in IT, economics, or related fields.
