Material Management Coördinator

About the Position

We are looking for a Material Management Coördinator to join our team at TMC in Ede, Nederland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing material flow, maintaining master data, and ensuring compliance with quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Realiseren van een optimaal voorraadbeheer
• In samenspraak met de verantwoordelijke Buyer call-off orders plaatsen
• Pro-actief orders opvolgen (per telefoon en Email)
• Zorgdragen dat orderbevestigen, leverdatums en andere informatie correct in het SAP systeem (komen te) staan
• Master data onderhoud in SAP
• Zorgdragen voor een goede material flow
• Beheren van voorraad op externe locaties
• Operationeel relatiebeheer met leveranciers
• Oplossen van foutieve leveringen of afkeur
• Signalerende rol t.a.v. afwijkingen in inkoopovereenkomsten
• Acties nav revisiechanges
• Bijdrage leveren aan het verbeteren van interne en externe inkoop en Material Management processen
• Rapporteren over voortgang materiaalvoorziening

Requirements

• HTS- of HBO-diploma, bij voorkeur Technische Bedrijfskunde, Supply Chain of Logistiek
• Minimaal 4-6 jaar relevante ervaring in Material Management, Planning of Inkoop, bij voorkeur in een technische productieomgeving
• Aantoonbare ervaring met SAP (MM/PP) en kennis van MS Office en LMS
• Sterke beheersing van de Engelse en Duitse taal, mondeling en schriftelijk, voor het voeren van leveranciersoverleg
• Kennis van (inter)nationale kwaliteitssystemen zoals ISO 9001
• Kennis van bedrijfs-, veiligheids-, arbo-, milieu- en kwaliteitsprocedures en -voorschriften (ISO)
• Een proactieve, analytische instelling en de vaardigheid om stakeholders te beïnvloeden en leveranciers aan te sturen

• Arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd, met een salaris van €4.200,- €5.300+ bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring.
