About the Position

Material Master Data Coordinator RAWS & SFG

Henkel is seeking a dedicated Material Master Data Coordinator for our Adhesive Technologies division in Budapest, Hungary. This role is integral to managing NPI requests, ensuring data quality, and supporting cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for initiators of new creation/extension of Material Master Data.
• Responsible for end-to-end NPI requests, progress, information, and monitoring.
• Monitor requests and their components until completion (Quality Gates).
• Check entry for completeness and correctness in Data Collection and reject when necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement for the creation/extension of Material Master Data.
• Steer requests cross-regions to ensure data quality.
• Correct incorrect data to improve quality and enable process continuation.
• Support cross-functional end-to-end issue resolution.
• Enable project success by supporting project decisions, ensuring timely and quality data creation.

Requirements

• University Degree in Economics and experience in Supply Chain Operations.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Thorough knowledge of Supply Chain/Operations process flows.
• Ability to coordinate.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, MS Office.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Business fluent English skills.
• Excellent planning, prioritization/multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Extended business knowledge across functions.
