About the Position

Capital One is offering a 10-week MBA Product Intern program for Summer 2027, located in McLean, VA. The internship is full-time with in-person attendance per Capital One's hybrid model and may lead to a full-time role after completion.

Sponsorship for work authorization will not be provided for this position. Ideal candidates are pursuing a 2-year MBA with completion by August 2028, and may hold a quantitative degree or a BA with product management experience.
