Responsibilities
As a trainee at ING Huis Groningen, you will be part of a fascinating commercial team where you will have the opportunity to get to know multiple aspects of the bank. You will work with your colleagues, including Financial Coaches, housing advisors, and wealth advisors (investment). Here, you will learn from very experienced colleagues who will give you all the space to take initiative and handle matters yourself. From day one, you will fully participate in the team. At least, if you are someone who, like your colleagues, sets high standards for yourself and takes the initiative. Your role is to help the team be as successful as possible and grow further in providing services to our ING clients.
Your tasks will be very diverse, but to give a small overview:
- You will help our customers with digital banking;
- You will ensure a welcoming reception for all customers who walk into the office;
- You will support the office in achieving their objectives;
- You will analyze and compile reports;
- You will support local market operations;
- You will solve problems.
Requirements
- You are very welcoming and easily connect with people.
- You are curious about new things and want to excel in everything.
- You also have a strong and pleasant personality.
- You can work well in a team, think in solutions, take initiative, and enjoy supporting your colleagues in their work.
- You always aim to do your best for clients.
Additional Requirements:
- You are following at least an MBO-level education.
- You are highly skilled in working with Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have a WFT Basis (preferred).
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- You are available between 32-36 hours per week.
- You are enrolled in an MBO program throughout the entire internship period.
