As a Stagiair at ING huizen, you will work in a fascinating commercial team where you will have the opportunity to get to know multiple aspects of the bank. You will be part of a team responsible for serving all ING customers in Leeuwarden and occasionally at the ING house in Groningen. In the team, you will work with your colleagues, Financial Coaches, mortgage advisors, and wealth advisors (investments). Very experienced colleagues from whom you will learn a lot and who will give you all the space to handle things yourself. From day 1, you will fully participate in the team. At least, if you are someone who - just like your colleagues - sets high standards for yourself and also takes the initiative. Your role is to help the team be as successful as possible and to further grow in the service provided to our ING relationships.

Responsibilities

• Help our customers with digital banking;
• Ensure a welcoming reception for all customers who walk into the office;
• Support the office in achieving their goals;
• Analyze and prepare reports;
• Support local market operations;
• Solve problems.

Requirements

• You are very welcoming and easily connect with people.
• You are curious about new things and want to excel in everything.
• You have a strong and pleasant personality.
• You can work well in a team, think in solutions, take initiative, support your colleagues in their work, and always doing your best for relationships comes naturally to you.

Additional Requirements:

• You are following at least an MBO-level education.
• You are particularly skilled in working with Excel and PowerPoint.
• You possess WFT Basis (preferred).
• You have excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
• You are available between 32-36 hours per week.
• You are enrolled in an educational program throughout the entire internship period.
