Responsibilities

As a Stagiair at ING, you will work in a fascinating commercial team, where you will have the opportunity to get to know multiple aspects of the bank. You will be part of a team responsible for serving all ING customers in Leeuwarden and occasionally at the ING house in Groningen. In the team, you will work with your colleagues, Financial Coaches, mortgage advisors, and wealth advisors (investment). Very experienced colleagues who teach you a lot and give you all the space to handle matters yourself. From day 1, you will fully participate in the team. At least, if you are someone who, like your colleagues, sets high standards for yourself and also takes the initiative. Your role is to help the team be as successful as possible and grow further in the service to our ING relationships.

Your tasks will be very diverse, but to give a small overview:

• You help our customers with digital banking;
• You ensure a welcoming reception for all customers who walk into the office;
• You support the office in achieving their goals;
• You analyze and compile reports;
• You support local market operations;
• You solve problems.

Requirements

• You are very welcoming and easily connect with people.
• You are curious about new things and want to excel in everything.
• You have a strong and pleasant personality.
• You can work well in a team, think in solutions, take initiative, and support your colleagues in their work.
• You always aim to do your best for the relationships.
• You follow at least an MBO-level education.
• You are highly skilled in working with Excel and PowerPoint.
• You possess WFT Basis (preferred).
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• You are available between 32-36 hours per week.
• You are enrolled in an educational program throughout the entire internship period.
