About the Role
At Heraeus Covantics, we are seeking a dedicated MCF Projektleiter Sleeves to lead complex industrial projects in our production and manufacturing sector. This role is based in Bitterfeld-Wolfen, Germany, and offers a full-time position with a strong focus on professional growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead complex technology and process projects in an industrial environment.
- Develop and continuously improve KPI systems and transparent status reports.
- Create technical and process solution concepts, including variant evaluation and recommendations.
- Analyze optimization and investment potentials, and derive suitable measures for sustainable improvement.
- Manage the technical steering of interdisciplinary project teams and external partners.
- Ensure time, cost, and quality goals throughout all project phases.
- Successfully introduce new products into regular production and support the capacity expansion of existing production facilities.
- Integrate new processes with production, engineering, development, and maintenance teams, accompany commissioning, and support the handover to stable series operation.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree (Master/Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering/Automation, or a comparable field; alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with several years of relevant professional experience.
- At least five years of professional experience in leading technical projects in an industrial environment and demonstrable leadership experience.
- Experience in the development, implementation, and sustainable implementation of technical or process solutions.
- Solid understanding of production processes, plant technology, and automation and control systems.
- Practical experience in investment, optimization, or expansion projects.
- Proficient in project management and risk assessment methods.
- Knowledge of Lean Management, KVP, and ideally in statistical data analysis and process analysis.
- Analytical and structured working method, combined with high communication skills, assertiveness, and strong team orientation.
