Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled MDM Administrator with 5+ years of experience to manage a large-scale mobile device environment in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Centralized management of the large-scale mobile device environment (where the number of mobile devices is more than a thousand)
  • Daily mobile devices administration (management, monitoring, troubleshooting)
  • Planning and preparing distribution of operating systems
  • Planning and preparing distribution of applications
  • Performing scripting and configurations distribution
  • Enforcing and monitoring application of the security policies
  • Reporting on the configuration standard(s) enforcement and compliance status
  • Advising, proposing, and implementing possible configuration improvements, changes, or upgrades
  • Other specific duties as assigned by the team leader

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of IT relevant professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at a similar position
  • Minimum English language skills (CEFR): B2
  • At least 3 years of experience administering a Microsoft Intune MDM/MAM platform
  • Microsoft Azure architecture knowledge
  • Apple Business Manager knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of the iOS device configuration
  • Excellent knowledge of iOS Security
  • Knowledge of iOS application distribution (third party and "Line of Business" apps)
  • Excellent knowledge of JAMF solution
  • Excellent knowledge of centralized mobile device management solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of mobile device configuration standards
  • Excellent knowledge of IT security standards
  • Experience in the large-scale deployment and administration of mobile devices management solutions
  • Well understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability
  • Knowledge of IT end users’ infrastructure
  • Excellent communication skills (in written and verbal communication)
  • Open-minded, excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Very strong sense of responsibility
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Friendly, supportive, and helpful personality with a cooperative and service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment with minimal supervision
  • High level of motivation and initiative
