• Legal Entity: Bosch Automotive Products (SuZhou) Co., Ltd. Changzhou Branch

We are seeking a Quality Technician Team Leader for our automotive products in Changzhou, responsible for team management and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Team Management

  • Responsible for quality technician team management
  • QT on duty planning and overtime control
  • New QT training and qualify planning
  • On-site QT management and own area 5S management
  • Continues improve QT competence
  • Evaluate the QT monthly performance and bonus
  • Other tasks required from quality manager

• Daily Quality Issues Handling & Control

  • Judge suspected PCBA & raw materials on production lines and offline areas per standards (e.g., QW, WI, IPC) for acceptance
  • Analyze root cause with line leaders, collect defect photos & samples; conduct risk assessment and escalation; issue quality incident report for defects
  • Issue QW for temporary/revised quality criteria, train operators and track implementation

• Raw Material Quality Control

  • Raise NCR for material defects and work with PQA; execute MQP and block affected lots
  • Change lots for verification as requested; coordinate with PQA for material issues: expiry, MSD over-exposure, missing labels

• QWI & CD Management

  • Check SPI/AOI/ICT records and take containment action for FA QWI, avoid slip through
  • For serious SMT defects or potential batch scrap, check AOI/ICT records, take containment actions and issue QWI
  • Organize product sorting: plan sorting area, train sorters, and monitor results
  • Perform visual inspection blind test
  • Assist FA QT on doubtful PCBA judgement

• Other Tasks

  • Manage 5S of quality area
  • Handle product data anomalies

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or above in electronic or electrometrical related
• Experience: More than 3 years working experience on quality related area of electronic industry, automotive industry experience is a plus
• Management Experience: More than 1 year management experience on quality direct employee
• Skills:
  • Familiar with on-site quality process
  • Basic MS Office skill
  • PCBA related process knowledge
