About the Position
Mechanical Engineer – CREO & Cabling Integration
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer specializing in CREO & Cabling Integration to join our team at TMC. You will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components and integrating cabling systems within complex products and assemblies.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing mechanical components and assemblies using CREO.
- Designing and integrating cabling systems within complex products and assemblies.
- Preparing and updating technical documentation, including 3D models, construction drawings, and Wiring harness.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the correct integration of design solutions.
- Supporting validation, industrialization, and continuous improvement activities of the product.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the development, design, and analysis of products using CAD CREO (mandatory) and Wiring harness.
- Good knowledge of PTC Creo and specific modules for cable systems.
- Nice to have: knowledge of CAE tools (Ansys, Nastran, Patran...).
- Cable system design.
- C2 Italian and fluent English.
- Teamwork skills and excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Location
- Ligurië, Campanië
What We Offer
- A permanent contract.
- A gross annual salary (RAL) not less than €35,000, in line with the provisions of the CAO Handel – Tertiair, Distributie en Diensten.
- A competitive compensation package that includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget of 4,000 euros net per year for competency development, and an annual well-being credit.
