About the Position
TMC is seeking a Mechatronics Engineer with over 3 years of experience to join their international high-tech consultancy team in Hengelo, Nederland. Together with a team of designers, you will realize high-tech systems or modules for clients, focusing on feasibility, cost, reliability, and technical performance.
Responsibilities
- Execute work based on a development process, from customer specifications and the feasibility and manufacturability of mechatronic components to the release of the design for production.
- Describe system designs and specifications, generate concepts, and define high-tech modules.
- Guide the design through to the technical validation of the prototype.
- Perform these tasks based on well-considered choices, validated by system requirements, in multidisciplinary teams and in collaboration with mechatronics (system) architects.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree in mechatronics or mechanical engineering.
- Several years of work experience (>3 years).
- Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and enthusiastic.
- A healthy dose of ambition.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English.
