Responsibilities

• Montage: Du baust unsere Roboter selbstständig zusammen, nach geltenden Normen, technischen Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Arbeitsplänen.
• Antrieb und Elektronik: Du baust Motoren, Antriebe, Sensoren und Elektronik ein.
• Fehlersuche: Wenn etwas nicht läuft, findest du den Fehler und behebst ihn direkt in der Montage.
• Qualität: Du führst Qualitätsprüfungen durch und sicherst so unsere Qualitätsstandards.
• Rückmeldung: Probleme, die dir auffallen, meldest du proaktiv zurück.

Requirements

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker:in (m/w/d)
• Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in mechanischer und elektrischer Montage, z. B. Verschrauben mit Drehmoment, Crimpen, Löten und ESD-gerechtes Arbeiten
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Fehlersuche an mechatronischen Baugruppen, z. B. an Mechanik oder Sensoren
• Du kannst Schaltpläne lesen und mit dem Multimeter messen, gern auch mit dem Oszilloskop.
• Deutsch mindestens auf C1-Niveau, Englisch mindestens auf B2-Niveau
• Arbeit vor Ort in München
