About the Position

Hi! We’re looking for a strong Media Buyer (FB) to join G1Media - a team that builds and scales an ecosystem of in-house iGaming products. The company is driven by professionals with 10+ years of industry experience. We work with our own products and internal buying, so the focus is on scaling traffic instead of constantly searching for new offers. We’re already operating across 10+ GEOs and are expanding the team to support further growth.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing large-scale advertising budgets with a focus on performance, profitability, and sustainable scaling.
Optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple GEOs, adjusting strategies based on market specifics.
Developing and testing non-standard approaches to generate high-quality traffic.
Collaborating closely with the team, contributing to knowledge sharing, and supporting team growth and development.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

1+ years of experience as a Media Buyer in the iGaming industry.
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads (Meta).
Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $60,000+.
Strong understanding of key performance marketing metrics.
Results-oriented mindset with ownership of performance outcomes.
Willingness to test new angles, creatives, and scaling strategies.
Experience managing a team of Media Buyers or an established media buying team.
Experience working across multiple GEOs with the ability to adapt strategies to different market specifics.
Strong optimization and campaign scaling skills with a proven track record of delivering profitable results.
