About the Position

We are currently looking for a Media Buyer to join our product IT company Honeytech, which is developing a platform in the webcomics industry and producing unique content for it. Honeytech is a dynamic, fast-growing project that has already become #1 in its niche! Imagine Netflix, but for comics - in just a few years, we’ve gathered over 15 million users, challenged giants from South Korea, and proven that it’s possible to build a world-class product from Ukraine.

Responsibilities

As a Media Buyer, your challenges will include:

• Launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns.
• Analyzing traffic performance and key metrics.
• Scaling profitable funnels and strategies.
• Identifying and testing new approaches, creatives, and audiences.
• Managing budgets and achieving KPI targets.
• Working with trackers, analytics tools, and postback systems.
• Preparing performance reports.
• Monitoring trends and new opportunities across traffic sources.

Requirements

We are looking for a specialist who:

Must have:

• Proven experience as a Media Buyer working with one or more traffic sources such as ExoClick, TrafficJunky, Taboola, Outbrain, or MGID.
• Experience managing budgets starting from $100K/month in Tier 1 markets.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing models (CPA, CPL, ROAS, ROI).
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing of creatives and funnels.
• Experience with tracking tools (Keitaro, Binom, Voluum, or similar).
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience in affiliate marketing.
• Experience working with adult or entertainment verticals.
