Media Strategist

About the Position

We are seeking a Media Strategist to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. As a Media Strategist, you will develop media and performance strategies for our clients, ensuring they achieve their marketing and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Developing strategies for new and current agency clients (media and performance strategies);
• Preparing presentations and defending them in front of clients;
• Participation in the preparation of tender proposals;
• Market analysis, competitors, search for insights;
• Briefing of Researcher, Media planner, internal specialized units for media planning for a strategic approach;
• Preparation of IMO and analytical reports;
• Monitoring the work of a Media researcher;
• Participation in the preparation of materials for the PR agency.

Requirements

• Experience working as a Media planner, Analyst or Strategist;
• Understanding the media tools ecosystem with an in-depth understanding of digital tools (Meta, Google, GMP, OTT, Programmatic, etc.);
• Experience working in/with agencies (understanding the process of briefing, preparing and defending a media strategy in the form of presentations according to the client's marketing and business goals);
• Understanding of strategic frameworks and marketing (from brand building to performance);
• Understanding how different procurement models work on platforms, orientation in metrics and indicators (Programmatic buying, GMP, Google Ads, META);
• Ability to work with analytical products Google Analytics, Gemius, Similarweb (other sources will be a plus);
• Confident user of PowerPoint, Excel;
• Communication skills, experience working with large clients (businesses);
• Team player with strategic/mathematical thinking.

Nice to Have

• Experience with other analytical tools;
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
