About the Position

Medical Assistant (Entry level) at One Medical, Hanover, NH

As a Medical Assistant at one of our offices presently focused on our Senior Health member population (age 65+), you'll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services. You will be an ambassador for patients, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service. You will remove barriers to care, resulting in a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. You are the steward of the space and ensure the look and feel of the office lobby are on brand with the One Medical experience. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, as well as provide any other support as requested by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and support in a senior health setting
• Perform venipuncture and other clinical support services
• Act as an ambassador for patients, ensuring a positive experience
• Maintain the office lobby to reflect the One Medical brand
• Serve as the first point of contact for patients
• Assist with any additional support requested by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or providers

Requirements

• Entry-level experience in medical assisting
