About the Position

Join Our Team as an Ophthalmic Medical Assistant

Vistar Eye Center is seeking dynamic, patient-focused individuals who are ready to grow with our company and make a difference in eye care.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during exams and minor procedures
• Prepare patients for exams and perform diagnostic testing
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Provide excellent patient communication and support
• Travel between office locations as needed

Requirements

• A passion for working with people
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort with traveling between office locations

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Course in medical terminology (preferred)
• At least one year of experience, ideally in a medical assisting role
