Medior EPM Consultant

Responsibilities

As a Medior EPM Consultant, you will work closely with clients and project teams to design, implement, and optimize Anaplan planning solutions.

You will:

Conduct business analysis and requirements workshops
Facilitate business design sessions with stakeholders
Translate business processes and requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
Configure and implement Anaplan models and applications
Participate in testing, validation, and implementation activities
Ensure solutions are delivered on time and within the project scope
Provide user training and ongoing support to end-users
Prepare project documentation and give demonstrations
Collaborate with senior consultants and solution architects on project deliveries
Stay updated with Anaplan updates, trends, and best practices

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field
Equivalent experience will also be considered

Experience & Technical Skills

2.5 to 5 years of experience with Anaplan
Strong Excel skills
Background in financial modeling, business modeling, data analytics, BI, EPM, or consultancy
Strong understanding of implementation activities, including:
- Data mapping
- Validation
- Configuration
- Testing
Experience with requirements gathering and documenting business processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
Experience in presenting solutions and recommendations to management-level stakeholders
Fluent in Dutch and English

Nice to Have

Experience in FP&A or Enterprise Performance Management environments
Experience in consultancy organizations
Involvement in finance transformation projects
Anaplan certifications

Step 3 – A technical assessment tailored to your experience level. The task is based on realistic business and modeling scenarios relevant to the role.

Step 4 – Discussion of the assessment with our EPM leadership team. You will present your approach, explain your design choices, and discuss possible alternative solutions. This gives us a better understanding of your technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and consulting mindset.
