In this role, you'll be at the heart of Sendcloud’s Operations Department, working for every department in the company. Our purpose is to help accelerate Sendcloud's growth in the most efficient way.

Responsibilities

As a Medior Quantitative Business Analyst, you are first and foremost a builder. You design and build AI agents, AI workflows, automations, and data solutions that boost internal efficiency and power decision-making across Sendcloud.

• Own the full journey from end to end. Sit with stakeholders to understand the business problem, then design the solution, build and implement it, and keep optimizing it once it's live.
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset, using it to deliver value early and iterate fast, because meaningful long-term impact starts with small, pragmatic wins.
• Be business savvy and a clear communicator, so you bridge the gap between tech and business by translating complex challenges into practical, high-impact solutions.

Requirements

Personally

• Strong analytical and technical mindset with a passion for problem-solving
• Eager to apply AI and build solutions to real business challenges
• Proactive, business savvy, and eager to make a tangible impact on the business
• Excellent communication skills, pride yourself on being able to explain complex ideas clearly
• Enjoy working closely with a variety of stakeholders

Professionally

• Master’s degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer or Software Science, or another technical field
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in English - written and spoken
• Experience with coding, data warehouses, cloud, AI, ETL, Python, LangChain/Graph
• Located in the Brabant or Limburg area, excited to work in office (min 3x a week)
• Bonus: Extra-curricular activities, cool tech hobbies or projects, or a side business
