About the Position
We're looking for a Medior UI/UX Designer to join our fully remote and mission-driven team. As a Medior UI/UX Designer at , you'll be responsible for collecting and translating user insights into delightful experiences. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and visually appealing features that address our customers' needs.
Responsibilities
- Design the user experience for a (digital) product.
- Focus on how users interact with and navigate a product.
- Create an intuitive and easy-to-use interface.
- Work closely with a team of developers and designers to create prototypes, test products, and ensure the final product meets all requirements.
- Conduct user research, information architecture, and content strategy.
- Develop UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs, and final products.
Requirements
- Ability to distill simplicity from complex user requirements.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, Marvel, and Overflow.
- Experience with user research and translating insights from research to designs.
- Great communication skills both when interfacing with customers and when working with the team.
- Flexibility, decisiveness, and the ability to put ego aside and focus on the needs of the customer.
- Ability to take on projects without much oversight.
- Ability to define and prioritize problems to be tackled.
