About the Position
We are seeking a Meeting & Events Sales Specialist (K/M) to join our brand-new team at Radisson RED Kraków, creating memorable moments for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and ensure the heart and soul of Radisson RED beats loudly and strong.
- Create the REDvolution where our guests can’t wait to come back and experience the moment again.
- Capture feedback at every opportunity and make things happen with your unique personality.
- Anticipate our guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and deliver spectacular events of all sizes.
- Prepare offers, negotiate prices and contract terms and contracts for clients.
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the meeting and events department.
Requirements
- Previous experience in reactive sales in the hospitality industry.
- Experience in organizing conferences and banquets.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with the use of IT systems.
- Solution-oriented with a positive "Yes I Can!" attitude.
- Passionate about making a positive impact on guests and co-workers.
- Flexibility and a proactive approach.
