LR Pure Beilngries is a specialist in high-precision machining, assembly manufacturing, and cleanroom technology. With around 130 employees, we manufacture sophisticated precision components for international customers in the semiconductor industry, aerospace, medical technology, and high-tech plant construction.

To strengthen our production in Beilngries, we are looking for a dedicated CNC Manufacturing Master (m/w/d) who will take on responsibility and, together with their team, manage one of our departments.
Responsibilities
You will take on the technical and organizational responsibility for a modern CNC manufacturing area and, together with your team, ensure the highest quality, productivity, and adherence to deadlines.
Your tasks will include:
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of up to 10 employees
- Organization and control of the daily production process
- Responsibility for the quality, deadlines, productivity, and cost-effectiveness of your production area
- Programming, setup, and optimization of modern 5-axis CNC milling machines
- Introduction of new parts and production processes
- Ensuring economical use of machines and resources
- Active participation in production and support of your team in technical issues
Requirements
You are a machining professional with leadership skills and want to take on responsibility.
You ideally bring with you:
- Completed training as a metalworking mechanic, precision mechanic, CNC specialist, or comparable qualification
- Further education as an industrial master in metal, precision mechanic master, or long-standing experience in leading a production department
- Several years of professional experience in CNC milling of sophisticated precision components
- Experience in programming and setting up modern 5-axis machining centers
- Good knowledge of FANUC controls and ideally Mastercam
- Experience with automation solutions is advantageous
- Initial leadership experience or a pronounced willingness to take on leadership responsibility
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, and hands-on mentality
