Responsibilities
As a Meister Kraftfahrzeuge (m/w/d) in the Vehicle Department, you will actively shape the development of the region every day:
- Disciplinary and professional supervision of the assigned employees of the maintenance workshop
- Planning and control of personnel, material, equipment, and financial resources, as well as conducting regular training sessions
- Organization, coordination, and documentation of vehicle inspections, safety checks (SP), maintenance, and repairs for the entire fleet - especially for buses - to maintain daily passenger operations
- Acceptance and release of vehicles considering legal regulations, internal guidelines, and applicable safety standards
- Evaluation, implementation, and technical documentation of new components and systems, including their installation, and occasional support in daily operations
- Independent supervision of external service providers, including invoice verification, order control, and handling warranty claims
Requirements
- Successfully completed apprenticeship as a Master in the automotive trade with extensive knowledge
- Proficient use of MS-Office and knowledge of SAP (especially module PM)
- Valid driver's license for class B, ideally also for classes C and D
- Willingness to participate in job-specific training courses and qualification measures, as well as to work at various locations
- Strong communication and social skills, combined with leadership, assertiveness, and a solution- and result-oriented approach
