About the Position

Als Meisterin / Technikerin Fördertechnik und Aufzüge bist du für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:

• Du planst, koordinierst und bearbeitest technische Projekte rund um Aufzugsanlagen im Bestand sowie bei Neubau-, Umbau- und Modernisierungsvorhaben.
• Du erstellst technische Konzepte, Leistungsbeschreibungen und Ausschreibungsunterlagen und bewertest Angebote von Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern.
• Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Reparatur-, Modernisierungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an Aufzugsanlagen.
• Du stimmst technische Anforderungen mit Kunden, Herstellern, Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen ab.
• Du erstellst und pflegst technische Dokumentationen, Anlagen- und Prüfunterlagen.
• Du analysierst technische Störungen, entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungsansätze und unterstützt unsere operativen Teams bei komplexen Fragestellungen.
• Du begleitest TÜV- und Sachverständigenprüfungen und wirkst bei der Optimierung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsstrategien mit.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and handle technical projects related to elevator systems in existing installations as well as new construction, renovation, and modernization projects.
• Create technical concepts, performance descriptions, and tender documents, and evaluate offers from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support the planning and implementation of repair, modernization, and maintenance measures for elevator systems.
• Coordinate technical requirements with customers, manufacturers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system, and inspection documents.
• Analyze technical malfunctions, develop sustainable solutions, and support our operational teams with complex issues.
• Accompany TÜV and expert inspections and contribute to the optimization of maintenance and upkeep strategies.

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g., as an elevator installer, elevator technician, mechatronics technician, electrician, or industrial mechanic, supplemented by a training as a master, state-certified technician, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in elevator technology, ideally in maintenance, troubleshooting, modernization, or installation of elevator systems.
• Solid knowledge of elevator systems, their components, and relevant regulations and standards (e.g., EN 81, BetrSichV, TRBS).
• Experience in technical planning, documentation, and ideally in the creation of tenders, calculations, and technical offers.
• Proficient use of MS Office; knowledge of SAP, Planon, or similar systems is advantageous.
• Experience in project management or work preparation is desirable.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, as well as communication skills and pleasure in working with different departments.

We Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from 58.038 € - 68.438 € per year inclusive of fixed allowances and annual performance (Christmas bonus).
• The starting salary is based on your qualifications and professional experience.
